Coordinating Committee

The team is responsible for creating executing a comprehensive project plan for AfricFest, ensuring every detail is covered. They will arrange and coordinate all event logistics, including securing the venue, managing vendors, obtaining necessary permits, and organizing equipment. Additionally, the team will oversee the recruitment training, and scheduling of volunteers to ensure smooth operations. They will be managing the entertainment, programming, and cultural performances, while also implementing effective marketing, promotional, social media strategies to engage the audience. Furthermore, the team will open communication with vendors, artists, community organizations, and sponsors, tracking the event timeline and providing regular updates to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Crowned Creations Association.
